Well aren’t you the organised one and getting ahead of the game. If you’re not currently hiring then you’re in a great position. All of the foundations (whichever ones you need) can be set so that when you are ready to hire, you’re good to go. The package price will also be adjusted accordingly.

As little as possible. In the first week, around 2-3 hours maximum to get all of the information I need. Post that, I will provide you with updates as we get going, which would take around an hour per week. If you’re hiring, these times might differ slightly.

If your company’s under 15 people, you should still be involved in interviews, just not every stage (you’ve got better things to do). Once you brief me on what you’re looking for, I’ll run the interviews and only bring you in for the final stage with shortlisted candidates. We’ll agree upfront how many stages there’ll be and what they involve. Everything’s done in consultation with you.

This is absolutely fine. Every package is tailored according to what you need. If you already have some components, then we don’t need to add them to your package and the price will be adjusted accordingly.
