Hi, I’m Sarah. I’ve spent over a decade in people and talent, partnering with businesses from founder led start-ups to global players like Indeed. My work has taken me across four continents and industries from tech and healthcare to education, construction, non-profit, and government.

No strategy matters more than how an organisation invests in its people. When that’s off, the impact goes beyond missed deadlines. It affects trust, energy, and most importantly, culture. But when it’s right, people feel empowered, teams perform at their best, and the organisation thrives.

I started Montagne Motion Consulting after seeing too many businesses struggle without the right foundations, usually pouring money into agencies, systems or anything else that ultimately misses the crux of the issue.

I help build those foundations through the right systems, mindset, and frameworks to support sustainable growth. My approach is tailored and hands-on, shaped by what each business actually needs, not a one-size-fits-all playbook.
